Svelte 5 Template for Cfx

Hi everyone,

I couldn’t find a reliable Svelte 5 template for FiveM, so I decided to create one myself! This template is heavily inspired by this repository.

Everything important can be found in VisibilityProvider.svelte. It should help you get a smooth start with Svelte 5 in a FiveM environment.

I’m open to any feedback, suggestions, or PRs! There are a few CSS lines we could clean up and some minor adjustments that might be helpful, so feel free to contribute.
