Support for GTA Online: The Kortz Center Heist Update is Available Now

We’re excited to announce that support for the GTA Online: The Kortz Center Heist update is now available in FiveM!

Support for the update is available on FiveM’s canary release channel for server versions 35245 or higher. We will announce on the Cfx Discord server once it has been pushed to other branches.

Changes to Title Updates Handling

As of today, FXServer version 35245 will become the new Recommended version for FiveM. Starting with this build, the FiveM client will always run the latest stable GTAV executable and only load the Title Update content requested by the server via sv_enforceGameBuild.

While this has been available as an opt-in experiment since 2024, we are now making it the default state going forward.

Timeline

  • August 20 2026: FXServer 35245 is released. The new behavior is the default and sv_replaceExeToSwitchBuilds is fully deprecated.

  • October 15 2026: The end of the compatibility window. Connections to older FXServer versions will no longer be possible.

We recommend updating to FXServer 35245 or later before October 15 2026, so you can test the change on your own schedule.

If you spot any issues after updating, let us know in the comments below or on our Discord server.

Thanks, and stay tuned for more platform updates.

Symlink file issues are still present in this build, which is unfortunate. I hope there’s a fix for it and this build receives it.

Godspeed.

nice thxs cfx love it

The newer builds have network thread hitch issues

I’m still not sure if this is even caused by the latest artifacts. I’ve seen at least 2 cases where server owners report it, go back to 25770 and it keeps happening. Also cases where on latest artifact they are fine for weeks or months and all of a sudden the hitches start happening. Literally no idea what’s causing it…

Let’s rob :fire:

We’re dying here with 3 ymts guys, 255 was not enough

yes we are we need help

We have virtually no YMT limit left now. I am aware that the FiveM team is working on the YMT limit, but it is impossible to use the latest DLCs on active servers without increasing that limit.

I just upgraded the version then I’m testing the new IPL and the added vehicles, and then I’m reverting to my old version :frowning:

There’s no point in adding support for new versions if the .ymt issue isn’t being addressed… I think that should be the priority going forward. Years have passed and it’s still not fixed :frowning:

To the CFX Team, Rockstar Games, and the RedM Community:

The current 32-player limit is an extremely frustrating and limiting constraint that severely hinders the quality of large-scale RedM roleplay experiences. This has been a critical barrier for too long.

The effort demonstrated in Pull Request feat(net/rdr3): physical player extension (#3477) is a massive step forward, introducing support for up to 128 physical players and bypassing the original RAGE engine limit. We deeply appreciate the hard work and complexity involved in this extension.

We sincerely hope that both Rockstar Games and CFX will act promptly to support the community’s ongoing efforts to finalize this fix. Thank you for pushing the boundaries of what is possible on RedM!
