A rather short one - how about preventing people from putting in their localhost IP address (127.0.0.1) in the IP field? It is surprisingly common for people to do that out of sheer lack of knowledge and then come here clogging up the support threads.
I’d much rather it outright told those who tried to put their local IP in that “This is your local IP address and it will not work, use this site to find your external IP to put here”.
It’s kind of puzzling why this hasn’t been done yet 
You can’t enter you local ip address in the keymaster, it does a whois lookup on the IP. That was only possible for old keys and that should still not mess with anything since IP is only for initial activation.
Just tried, it does indeed perform a lookup, but only after you click the Generate button. It’d be considerably better if it didn’t even let you click said button if the IP entered is localhost I think
