Suggestion: Allow Toggle/Remove "Slow System Performance" warning

Issue:

This giant, obscene watermark/error appears on your screen when slow system performance is detected. It provides no important information to clients/users, and only serves to add visual clutter and ruin photos, videos, etc.

Solution:

Provide a toggle to turn it on (default off) or remove this entirely. This is generally an unhelpful error/notification, as users will generally notice system performance degradation on their own.

Additional Context:

Having a random, vague pop-up with little information appear randomly throughout gameplay doesn’t help anyone, especially end users who may not be familiar with basic things like task managers or file explorers. I understand we know what these are, but generally users don’t know/don’t care.

I’m sure this was added because someone at some point complained that their game was too slow while having 3000 Chrome and File Explorer windows open. It’s pretty hacky and not helpful.

Equivalent Scenarios:

When a user’s FPS drops due to performance problems, they do not get a giant watermark indicating that they should check their settings. Error reporting like this should generally be opt-in to keep false positive bug reports and screen clutter to a minimum.
