Stucked on loading menu

The problem is that when I start FiveM it starts loading, after black screen there is just for a blink of eye some white screen with “Welcome (somewhere… sry didnt notice where)” and then some background image/vid or whatever it is. But from there I was waiting for hours, but nothing more loaded. So I cannot join any server

System specificationsAMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics, 2200 Mhz
**What did you do to get this issue?**set GPU for fivem on “High Performance”, started Fivem SP (without probs) and then FiveM.exe, deleted caches.xml, disabled AVG before starting FiveM.exe
**What server did you get this issue on?**No server
