Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried reinstalling, rebooting, updating NVIDIA drivers, disabling antivirus, disabling firewall, ensured the app and game are using my discrete GPU, cleared RedM cache, prefetch folder, temp folder. Tried with Steam closed/opened/only-open-after-clicking-OK on the Win version notice. Tried the RedM_b1355_SteamChild.exe as well.

All I see when I open the RedM app is the Los Santos background image, and when pressing F8 I can see the steps the app takes until it reaches the Running INIT_SESSION init functions stage.

No Start button, nothing else is clickable.

I am able to load into the game itself through RedM by clicking: F8 > Launch > SP > RDR3, but cannot get the RedM client to fully load.

Please help me.
