Hi, just before i attempt to assist you, you have got to understand you will not get support in a click of your fingers you have got to give people time to find your topic. I Can see you have uninstalled the game and deleted cache, so the only solutions i can give you is attempt to reinstall FiveM If that isn’t what you meant. And verify your game files by going to steam > library > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files. If that does not work for you i have searched on the forums and found a similar topic to your problem so if you wish to visit there and see their solution you can by clicking the link below. I Do Apologise I Have No Idea What The Problem Could Be, All i can say now is wait and see if anybody with more experience with these kind of problems discovers your topic and assists you from there.
