Ignoring the fact you did not use the support template (as already pointed out by Painwithin), the error is quite clear: you do not own GTA 5 on that account. Support will not be provided for cracked copies; to quote from the FiveM Documentation:
FiveM requires a fully updated installation of GTA V. [...] FiveM does not condone the use of pirated software and will not work with illegitimate versions of GTA V. Respect the authors, buy the game.
