Stuck in character creation!

Stuck in character creation

Every time I try to join a server, it let me fill out the character creation but when i click on finish nothing happens. Also the screen in the background is grey like in the screenshot.

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Epic Games
Windows version? Windows 10 x64
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications AMD Radeon R9 M370X | Intel(R) Core™ i7-4870HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (8CPUs), 〜2.5GHz | 16 GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? I joined a FiveM Server
What server did you get this issue on? On all Servers

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
