Streamable cop car lights not working. Used .RPF file FIVEM ready

Hi,

I’ve tried a few different things to get the lights to work on the vehicle and it’s not working. I used a .RPF file from a pack and got all the files I needed to use it as a fivem resource to stream.

Everything is loaded and works good, sirens, livery.

I even have lux vehicle control on.
I went based on this:

Made an example of converting a vehicle Add-On from gta5-mods to a Five Reborn resource. Instructions are in the README file and the addonr35 folder is a completed convert to use as reference. The vehicle is not mine and I linked the original mod at the top of README Support for bugs/errors will be limited but i have faith you can figure it out

Any ideas?
