Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? No and I think it’s not needed.
System specifications: I have controller issue, I do not think that’s needed

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Eset Nod 32 Antivirus, but doesn’t matter anyways
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Nope lol.

What is the issue you’re having?
When I open five m and click Story Mode my steam controller is detected fine and works smoothly without any issues. Completed the tutorial (a.k.a the first chapter) controlls are like xbox controller, had proper tips and UI shows A,B, X,Y, for the proper actions, RB, LB and etc. Everything is 100% OK. I can go to settings and customize from the Gamepad tab every option as I like. The problem is when I join multiplayer server. Controller is not working at all and I am forced to play with Mouse and keyboard only. Any ideas what to change, modify, donload, or enable to be able to play with my steam controller like in Five M Singleplayer without any issues?

have you added your fivem as a non steam game on steam you need to for it to work

Yeah, I added it as a steam game and set-up the default controller configuration for desktop to be classic GAMEPAD and somehow works fine. Thank you for the help. : )
