As I understand it, Fivem binds to the steams. I changed my Steam because I don’t have access to the old one, but on the servers I cannot play because of Steam (there is no data on the new Steam). When I go to the server, Fivewem tells me that I am in a single session. Who knows how I can change the steam or it is not working like that?

FiveM does not require steam to work, servers are the ones who decide if steam should be required in order to join there server, if you are going into a solo session its because of a different reason at which you will need to fill out the support template.
When i am changing steam and then joining the same server, it teleport me in solo session, idk why. Maybe because my SC is connected with my old steam that i want to change. Do u thing so? If yes - what i need to do?
Well no, as long as the social club account has a legit copy of GTA5 you are fine, steam only needs to be open and for good measure you could add a free game to the steam account but far as i know that is not needed.
Solo sessions are usually caused by network related issues.
(Solo sessions are usually caused by network related issues.) - i also thing like that but when i changed 2 steam profiles it should got me in solo session then i changed it to old steam which i want to change - it worked.
