What did you do to get this issue? I added my steam api dev key, it was fine before, but since I re-did my server it still does it?
What server did you get this issue on? My own

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried everything, I have clear cache both fivem & client side. This always happens and dont know why? It was fine on my other server something is wrong with the artifcats more then likely.
