The script does not prevent an accident, it implements the accident.
Without a script for the seatbelt the player will never be thrown because on FiveM you can’t be thrown in an accident.
It is the script that adds this feature.
How does this differ from Modern Seatbelt?
Your script seems to have 3 basic functions compared to this free resource that has features for LEO, vehicle/seat exclusion, sound and what seems to be everything else your script offers and is missing.
Hi
My script have much better physics when you have an accident and a better accident detection.
For LEO etc you have events that you can use.
The “better physics” in your script looks way too aggressive. I don’t think it’s possible, or rather highly unlikely, for anyone to realistically fly out of a window that is not the windscreen nor flying out of the bottom of the vehicle, especially at the low speeds demonstrated in the video.
This script isn’t worth 2 euros let alone 25, free scripts like Modern Seatbelt have done it right already. Anyone who actually purchases this script is going to be disappointed.
“look way too aggressive”: I just applied some basic maths, yes a car crash where you go through the windscreen looks very aggressive in real life.
If people buy this script, it’s because all free scripts have flaws, between scripts that detect accidents when there aren’t any or that don’t detect them when there are and scripts that have very poor physics, mine clearly doesn’t have these flaws.
You’re free to judge this script, but I don’t think you’ve bought it, so your opinion is biased.
Could we have an open source version?
Hi,
No sorry, each time I made it, some people where selling my resources at a higher price and no support…
But if you need new features you can contact me, I often add new features based on my customers’ requests.
no problem, I already found it elsewhere in open source.
