[STANDALONE] Simple laptop UI with configuration

Hello guys,

I created a small and simple laptop UI - based on a Windows 10 look - which is easy configurable and meant to be used as an iframe wrapper.

Usage
As default, the scripts comes with the /laptop command. You are free to add your own code to this UI, since that is what you’re supposed to do :stuck_out_tongue:

Configuration
In the shared/config.lua file, the following can be changed:

Laptop.webPage = The url you want to be shown as an iframe.
Laptop.webPageTitle = The tab title for the browser UI.
Laptop.webPageUrl = The URL for the browser UI. Don’t add https://, since this will be automatically added through the HTML file.

nice share!

Thanks

Can this be used to make clickable links, or to direct to a certain webpage?

Iframe basically means you’re displaying a website within the screen, so you’d be able to use links within that website.

Awesome thank you so much!!!

Amazing!

Thanks!

No problem

Sadly it doesn’t seem to let people join via the discord link =
it lets me switch through all the tabs on my website; just can’t click links.

i guess they would have to somehow open in your actual web browser?

Edit: Think you could add some kind of sound to it kinda like faxes-hrc? i’m semi decent with sound design, i could probably make some l33t hax0r sounds for it

little preview of my poopy sound design skills. :face_with_hand_over_mouth: :poop:

ewwwww EDGE…
love it!

Yeah, thats the small joke in it lmao, thanks though!

great release!

I have a problem that login pages doesnt work in there… when i log in I get redirected back to login page…

Yeah seems to be some content violation that doesn’t allow logins such as steam to work.
