I think you should add that into the rdr3_discoveries github instead of create a new one 
It’s not really a list of researches like rdr3_discoveries is.
It is a library to quickly use the discovered natives. But you’re free to get the natives in the repo to put them in the rdr3_discoveries one for sure.
