Description :

This is a script called "Gulag" it is a script that manages the exclusion of players by kick ban temporary or final ban via a list of players and their id in the menu and management of players already banned in a list also . The Gulag is located at the top of a building it is impossible to escape there is a protection with teleport .
Do not change the name of the resource to avoid running problems
