SSL Error at launch

What is the issue you’re having?

Hello,

I have an issue about SSL connection at FiveM Launch.
I have two similar but different error, one at launch, a pop-up with an error code:
“Could not contact entitlement service. Status code 0, error message: 10/error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure, response body:”

Some times, after testing some solution, FiveM randomly launch and after try to connect to a server, open an error curl 35.

If you have any solution.
PS: Sorry for my english, I am a little rusty with foreigner language !

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I tried to reinstall FiveM, change internet connexion (cable, 5G).
Try an another session, empty the cache, delete game storage.
