Hi, i need change my ped but without vmenu. Is it possible to do it from the F8?
Is it possible that it can only be used by a player on the server?

I dont think there is a way to do it in the F8 console however, if your running esx there are certain resource where you can whitelist the ped. To add to this there are things like esx admin jobs & you could always whitelist the vmenu with ace_perms by badger
