What is the issue you’re having?

Having issues with my sound in fivem (multiple cities) and would like to know if anyone has had the same issue before and if so, how to fix.

I load up the game and all of the loading music, game music, players talking and more work and I can hear it all.

However whenever I play a link on the dj booth, my phone or CarPlay I can’t hear anything even when other players can. It just randomly stopped working.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have reset my sound on my pc, deleted fivem, deleted gta, cleared my cache and reset my pc and nothing seems to fix it.

My own server Nostalgia RP.
It doesn’t work on elevate either

That gets routed via a different audio stream called “FiveM Chromium Browser”, check your sound mixer and make sure it’s audible first of all.
Then, make sure to disable all sound devices you don’t use in your Windows sound settings.

I have done that and it still doesn’t work. It’s so strange.

Tried deleting fivem and gta, cleared cache, updated drivers, changing sound quality and so on.

It’s weird because it just randomly stopped working and I can hear the loading music and music in ped cars also but not through my phone or music scripts in any city

Check off the “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” in your headphone’s settings I guess, not much else to suggest lol
