Sound mod not working for fivem but it will for gta(offline)

What server did you get this issue on? the game

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows defender?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yea

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have deleted + readded “mods” folder. Reinstalled “FiveM” Multiple times. On both my C: and D:. Redownloaded OPENIV, scripthook(etc) a few times and the soundpack only works on gta… but FiveM. I have not had this issue with any other sound pack I have used and just for the record I use this one - https://nl.gta5-mods.com/weapons/insurgency-sound-mod/download/18171 . another also, not sure where I am supposed to be posting this topic, so if it’s in the wrong spot, someone redirect me to the right one, cheers
