Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? - Tried to delete caches.xml

System specifications - i7 7700HQ 2.8 GHz, 1050Ti, Windows 10, 16 Gb of RAM
What did you do to get this issue? - Uh, reinstall GTA 5 once, I think?
What server did you get this issue on? - I got it on a closed server, and on my localhost too.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? - The normal Windows one
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? - Nope

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling GTA 5, didn’t help. Deleting Natural Vision Evovled - Nope. Uninstalling Reshade - Nope

Simply remove ALL of your graphics modifications - one of them is causing it.
For good measure, reinstall your GPU drivers - use a tool called “DDU” (google it) to remove them, restart your PC, then download and install the latest drivers from an official source.

Oh actually, maybe its the GPU drivers, cause I reinstalled my Windows lately. After that I got the “green texture” glitch.

I have only 1 graphic modification now (NVE, and I deleted reshade). I tried to delete it, it didn’t help. Then I tried to use DDU as you told. Installed my GPU drivers from NVidia’s official website, still have the issue

It could be the texture itself. I forget the setting it can be set at the fix it though. You have to have OpenIV
