(The cars are from different carpacks) System specifications - i7 7700HQ 2.8 GHz, 1050Ti, Windows 10, 16 Gb of RAM What did you do to get this issue? - Uh, reinstall GTA 5 once, I think? What server did you get this issue on? - I got it on a closed server, and on my localhost too.

Simply remove ALL of your graphics modifications - one of them is causing it.
For good measure, reinstall your GPU drivers - use a tool called “DDU” (google it) to remove them, restart your PC, then download and install the latest drivers from an official source.
I have only 1 graphic modification now (NVE, and I deleted reshade). I tried to delete it, it didn’t help. Then I tried to use DDU as you told. Installed my GPU drivers from NVidia’s official website, still have the issue
