I have added food items to qb smallresources config.lua and server consumables.lua my custom food items are in shops & useable however I’m getting a script error and no hunger or thirst when used? 
I recommend you use this script, it will be a little more comfortable for you to manage from there and it has more customizations (anims, buffs, time, etc):
