[SOLVED] Heavy input lag in RP servers (Typing and Menu systems)

Hi.
I am getting heavy input lag in RP servers, I type in chat and it takes a couple of seconds to see what I have typed and when I try to use a menu based system my mouse moves in chunks after I have moved my mouse,
Does anyone know what this is and how to fix?

Did you rename your resources folders ?

Thanks for the response, No I did not but I found the issue, I had to update to the newest windows 10 creators version, all is good now.

This can be marked as solved, windows 10 required an update and that fixed all issues.

I just installed the most recent windows 10 update.

Try to update the drivers, and install the recommended windows drivers, it worked for me.

This is not related at all

This kind of lag appear when your cpu usage is very high. In my exp.
And also when resmon is open or any dev tool in fivem.

what??? this has nothing to do with the issue as posted :joy:
changing resource names shouldn’t cause issues anyways, the only people who do resource name checks are for legitimate reasons like js issues or they just want their name on the resource since it’ll be listed on the server list under resources, and on the resource monitor. (ex. I want people who use my script to keep siege-inventoryhud so I spam the server console until they change it back, which tbh is scummy.
