Hello since i formart the PC and install everything again i´ve getting an error on fivem every time i get close to cars or get inside one.
I´ve tried:
Reinstall FiveM and GTA
installing windows updates
install directx sdk
lower the graphics
put the amount of ram on cmd like ppl say online (can´t explain saw it on YT)
delete the line save build number from CitizenFX file.
delete the cache files.
Don´t know what else can do help me please i am getting crazy with this.

Ok so after 3 long days i finally figure it out,
It seems like microsoft stopped included windows media player in newer version of windows 10 so after formating the PC thinking that was the issue when i started the game it didn´t start because it couldn´t find windows media player and it was asking to install the program.
The reason why gta was working before i format the PC was because i had VLC player installed so the game was using that and it was causing issues but only in FiveM.
So what i did was, since i couldn´t installed, i look for an older version of windows10 that had the WMP (I use this one windows 10 pro 22h2 build 19045.4957) and then after format and install everything it worked just fine i played for hours without any problems.
I hope this can help more pleople because when i was searching for a solution i found a lot of people with a similar problem.
