Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no because its from windows

What is the issue you’re having? Cant start fivem, i see the background of the launcher then it crashes

5 hours, still not fixed. I just cant find a answer on the internet…

so idk if it would work for you but heres what worked for me:

C:\Users\fjsd\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\data (delete game storage and cache)

C:\Users\fjsd\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\data\nui-storage (delete GPUcache)
try to open it again

now like i said this worked for me and i dont know if it will for you.
