[SOLVED] [First Time Setup] GTA+63E86D5 Legacy crash hash: apart-east-island

EDIT: SOLVED
I installed GTA V and FiveM on another computer and confirmed that it worked on my other computer. I simply copied the install directory for FiveM onto a USB drive and replaced it on my primary computer. You just have to verify the install directory in the .ini files.

GTA V version? Latest
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10 Home
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I don’t know how to do that Never mind, tried that, didn’t work.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.

Tried running as Admin, restarting computer, uninstalling and reinstalling GTAV and FiveM, uninstalling GeForce Experience, disabling my antivirus.

Try putting your GTA 5 and FiveM on the same drive and make sure in the citizenfx.ini file that it is set to the right drive.

I’m having the same issue as OP, tried what FiverebornBrutality said and ran FiveM on the same drive as my GTAV but still no luck, same exact error.
