I removed simple trainer form my fivem app data and i can load in, i would suggest getting rid of simple trainer until scripthook is fixed for fivem.

if you have a freind that can play with simple trainer, ask them to send their trainerv files and it’ll work

heres an older version of simple trainer, fresh install.
it will work on fivem
