I’ve seen a few posts of people wondering how to link discord when it is not automatically doing it so I have two solutions.
Hit win+r go and go into %appdata% then look for the discord folder and open. Then go into a folder that has some numbers e.g. 0.0.309 this can be different than mine but it will look like that. Open modules and delete discord_rpc then start fivem, and your fivem should link.
If this does not work reinstall discord, and delete the discord folder in %appdata%.

Please try deleting your Local App Data and Roaming, then reinstall Discord and give us some feedback after that!
