its saying "Opening database (rescache:/) failed: IO error: Could not lock file.

Same here, I think FiveM is down and they just havent noticed/ updated the status page yet

I am getting the same message “Could not contact entitlement service. Status code: 400, error message: 0/, response body: {}”
