a call into the windows api took too long recently and led game to stutter
please close any software you have running in the background

ive closed all my background apps like medal,discord etc issue still happens i also deleted fivem reinstalled didnt fix ive reinstalled new graphic updates basically just hella shit nothing seems to fix this
