The first thing you should do is what the message says on the bottom line, close any software running in the background that may be taking up resources; in particular, pay attention to any antivirus or firewall software if you’re using third-party solutions. Further, monitor the PC component temperatures while playing and make sure they’re not overheating.

its not for sure and i dont have any anyvirus rather than windows

is the part that’s left, make sure to do so.

my pc is good its some other thing

It’s most likely not; if it was caused by FiveM, we’d be seeing a load of reports here and, while there was an uptick of “bad FPS” posts in the last few days, it’s by far not spread and could very well be a coincidence of some kind. Be sure to shut down the background apps and see if that fixes it.

As was already stated this is a common issue where your pc doesnt handle fivem well. There are fivem settings you can click as well to help optimize your game to prevent issues like this. Before you join a server click the settings icon on top right and go through them all.

can you send the settings please ?

its a slutter not bad fps which my fps drops down from like 100 to 20 and goes back directly to 100 which causes slutters in game

can you send the settings please ??

Stutters can be caused by a lot of things, which are in the absolute majority of cases client-sided (i.e., happen because of something going on with your PC while you’re playing). The fact that, like you mentioned, the stutters happen regardless of which server you’re on, indicates a PC performance issue leading to the lag.
That said, try doing what Vanionn66 said, and I recommend going through the GTAV game settings - especially the Graphics tab - and lowering them from what they are right now. There’s countless videos online that explain what each setting does and how impactful it is on performance, so if unsure, be sure to watch a few for help.
