What is the issue you’re having?

Slow download speed when joining a server and while in a server

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have tried reinstalling GTA 5 Legacy, reinstalling FiveM, reseting my pc, using TCPOptimizer, contacting my ISP and giving them access to my pc with AnyDesk to configure my router, adding the FiveM folder as an exclusion, portforwarding

What server did you get this issue on?

Any server excluding RSM (only the EU server, the NA server has this issue too)

Additional comments

I have been struggling with this issue since around September time. My ISP has told me that P2P traffic is not block nor limited at all. FiveM is the only game/client that I get any kind of internet issue. I get a stabe wired connection of 900mbps up and down. I am located in the UK

Download speeds are not just dependent on your internet/system. The servers can also limit the speed plus not being near to the server can also be a factor. Since you don’t have the issue with an EU server I feel what I have provided is pretty accurate.

This did make sense, but I tried joining Impulse 99 and the download speeds were perfectly fine yet that is an NA server. I was thinking that maybe it’s just because it’s one of the more major servers but that wouldn’t line up with RSM NA having slow download speeds since that would fall into the same category
