Sliding Doors Won't Open

For some reason the sliding doors at our elevators or out of PillBox MLO will not open without someone kicking them and then they will begin to slide open. I was wondering if anyone knows a fix for this.

So in our case it was because our service provider was a piece of shit and pirated stuff. I recommend making sure you are purchasing the MLO through the original creators
