Occasionally we will have a few players that try to load the skin menu and it will stay blank for several minutes and not load up. This most recent case the user has a brand new laptop and the graphics are in the green and mostly in the normal-high range. It is a brand new pc but we still asked her to clear her cache and make sure all the drivers and pc updates were in. Still unable to load the skin menu does anyone know what might be causing this? Majority of the community has no issue but we have a person about once a month with this problem. Its just mind blowing because the previous cases the users had existing pcs in which we assumed it was because of the age etc but this new case is a brand new pc with only fivem installed.
Send the logs from the players having the issue, chances are there should be something in them to indicate what’s going on
