Sirensetting limit adjuster error Fix

I get the “SirenSetting_Limit_Adjuster log creation failed. Logging has been disabled. Error: Access is denied”

Doing the “Grand Theft Auto V directory, Right click it, Properties, Security, edit, and give Users, SYSTEM, Administrators, and Authenticated users “full control””. Does not work for me.

Fix it. I have GTA 5 downloaded on steam and though Rockstar Laucher and had to give “full control” to both.
