go to the location where you installed the sirens and delete resident.rpf and then start normal gta 5 so it will try to reinstall the file, and remmember to delete fivem chase after that
have you tried the folowing steps
1 Delete resident.rpf from ‘‘you gta 5 directory’’\x64\audio\sfx (or maybe even delete the whole sfx folder)
2 start normal grand theft auto so it will redownload the files and whait to load into singleplayer
3 get a police vehicle or police after you to see if they work in singleplayer
4 if they work, quit the game and delete fivem chase
5 start fiven and enter some server where you havent been before and then try the sirens again in fivem
