What did you do to get this issue? Move a file into the Plugin Folder

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.
Also add what you already tried so far. Starting SP without the Plugin works. If i put any file into the plugin folder that is up to date, the SP gets stuck in the Loading screen. It loads the first loading screen picture and turns to black screen afterwards.
