how the install it?
Like any other script. Clone or download, bump to server resources folder, then ensure it.

Do we have to the set join and quit command every restart or is that a one time thing?
The Remove Join/Leave convars should be set in your server.cfg, which will be called on each server start.
Where to place in the config specifically?
Doesn’t matter, I have mine towards the bottom.
