Overlay for video is controlled by css on this line:

does video have to me any res to work?

The css should keep it centered and all that, i’d recommend 1080p but 720 should be fine as well.
Just check the css if you need to adjust.

You should use YouTube videos instead of local file

YouTube recently changed how ads work lol , you now get the adverts showing up in your load screen , if the video has ads.

It says it failed to load __resource.lua

I dont know what you did wrong so I can’t tell you.

If you download right from github put the “loadingscreen” folder in your resources then
ensure loadingscreen

if you just put the fivem-loadingscreen folder in your resources and was starting that I’m a bit concered you will have bigger issues to deal with.

When i put my own loading screen in its just a black screen. But whenever i put the default one in it loads. Both of them are named bgvideo.mp4. What am i doing wrong?

I can change the music fine but the video just wont work

Did you change any of the css or html? Res of the video?

Yea I removed the logo part from the css and removed the logo.png from the asset folder.

Hello, I’m having issues, that I just change the video to a different video and it show the video in the HTML but once put in a server, it becomes black video. The music and logo show up.
