If you didn’t find it on https://gta5-mods.com or this forum, chances are pretty small you’ll find it. This probably is some kind of ‘premium’ mod.
Searched for Jeep Wrangler on GTA5-Mods and FiveM Forums but didn’t seem to find anything looking like this thing.

Looks like ANSWER’s 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, available here, which was actually removed from GTA5Mods’ website. Not sure why it was removed, but the giveaway appears to be the tires themselves.
Yeah it looks simmilar but that one is a LEO vehicle (cop car)

Yeah that’s my bad should’ve specified that also I belive the one you sent is a different model its a 2012 while the one provided is a 2011 I belive
