Tried reinstalling even reinstalled windows did a full wipe
i9 9900k / 2080 super/ 32gb ram/ SSD
No crashes just poor performance ingame lag/ issues

no antivirus
yes i tried disabling it.
ISSUES
Severe FPS drops and stuttering.
Play on Nopixel i tried using low settings for everything as well as trying to use NVE to potentially help with performance. Whenever I am in a high density area or if I am driving I have noticeable lag. sub 80 fps
Reinstalled windows, updated all drivers, made sure gta and windows were both on my SSD. Made sure graphics card was on and working of course. Tested it with other games BF1 Csgo COD modern warfare. No issues on any other games 150+ FPS

this is the trace file. Whist playing on NoPixel, Started by just sitting still then started to drive around. fps drops were noticeable.
This seems to be just a 2-second trace - did you actually save it right after starting instead of after having a slowdown, or did the tracing tool somehow make a very small buffer?
