I restarted my internet, restarted the PC twice, tried to clear the cache several times and reinstalledFiveM

Yeah same here. Ive tried clearing cache, reinstall, everything up to date, and nothing has worked.

Don’t think anyone has a solution today. I’ll be back tomorrow

Reinstalling, deleting your cache and all of that stuff will not fix the problem. Simply remain patient and allow the systems to recover.
