SetWeaponsNoAutoswap doesn't work for throwables

For a good bug report you should probably include:

  1. Client (production/canary) and FXServer version: Canary
  2. What you expected to happen: SetWeaponsNoAutoswap to stop throwables to not switch
  3. What actually happens: Using all the ammo in a throw-able (weapon_bzgas in this case) and the weapon swaps
  4. Category of bug (eg. client, server, weapons, peds, native): Weapons
  5. Reproducible steps, preferably with example script(s)

I’ll provide a reproduction example in a little while, mainly posting this so I didn’t forget
