Servers downloading is so slow

my test speed is 100mb/s
i have m.2
the download speed is soooooo slow i cant take it anymore

GTA V version? the last one from steam
Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? legal frome steam
Steam/CD/Social Club? steam <vague_boy>
Windows version? i just check for update i dont know the version
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
Error screenshot (if any) no error just download takes forever
System specifications
r5 3500 2060 16GB ram and 1TB intel ssd
What did you do to get this issue? after i reinstall everything on my pc
What server did you get this issue on? all of them
