Hellooo, SO i run a FiveM server. And i am having one major issue at the moment that is affecting the gameplay of a lot of my members. With this texture glitch, Buildings do not loading in, roads not loading in, people falling through the map, ect… i feel as if it is being caused by having too many recourses in the server. I don’t feel like we have that many to really be having this issue. So if anyone out there knows of a fix, or of a reason why this could be happening please share.
Screenshot%20(188)|690x359This js what we call “citybug” it is caused by a script that is taking too much of the server memory, not leaving any for rendering the client. Try to look in your scripts!
or look in you server monitor what is taking so much.

Just how many custom cars are you using?
Hahahaa it wouldn’t bee too bad if you wouldn’t fall through the map i guess XD. What would be classed as taking too much? most things are using 0.01 -0.04 ms CPU and Some things up to 850 kIB+… This is what i am seeing in the Resource Monitor

We had the same problem with running 50+ addon cars. What we did to prevent texture loss is we downscaled all the cars with 4k textures to 2k and put all the cars into one resource. That solved the problem for us.
This problem normally comes from streaming way to many textures with 4k resolution.

If you run that many cars with high polygons, it will definitely bug out your server. allways look for low polygon cars!
