I am having major stutter issues on my server and I cannot find the main issue behind it. The resources are currently only at 76 and all emergency and civ vehicles have 2k textures, so that shouldn’t be an issue. I was wondering if there might be resources conflicting each other and if that could have caused the stutter to start?

Stutter as in fps stutter? or rubber banding as in latency issues? is it happening for everyone or just you?
What are the specs of the server
FPS stutter were the players will have some drops as well, it is happening for everyone some people can’t even join sometimes, the specs are : 20 GB ram, around 50-60% usage on the CPU when maxed out server not sure what the exact stats are on the CPU with GHZ and such @teds
