Server stuck on to be determined status

I can’t seem to get my server dashboard on Zap-Hosting to say whether my server is online. It’s stuck on to be determined. What could cause this?

  • Tried restarting internet and didn’t fix.
  • Restarted PC and didn’t fix
  • Logged out of Zap-Hosting and logged back in, didn’t fix
