What did you do to get this issue? Join servers, from testing it seems to happen when I join servers that have players online, if there aren’t any other players I can see the NPCs and other players(once they load in)fine.
What server did you get this issue on? Any, but trying to play on TownofRedemption

Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve tried running over a VPN connection to my country or the United States to test but have the same outcome, sometimes it works but most the time I don’t see any players/npcs despite knowing there are players online. When a server has just been rebooted it generally works ok, but believe it may only be allowing me to play normally if i’m the only one in server at the time of loading in.
