i am having issues with my server not showing max player slots as 64 but as 32 also sum of my members cant seem to connect through any means they just get failed to get server info 3 times please any help would be appreciated as we want are people to be able to enjoy what we pay for thank you

First of all, go remove the server’s license from your screenshot.
Then make sure that you are running the server with onesync enabled. 64 players can only be used with onesync.
